Dear friends in the Search for Bianca/Daniela,

I feel some sense of relief this evening. Although I was not able to speak to a live person this afternoon at Leisure Time Entertainment's Van Nuys studio, indications are pretty clear that the voice mail message I left will be heard by the right people.

When the voice mail kicked in, it announced that you had reached "Barzon Distributing." I did not recognize that name as an LTE company. So I hung up and checked with 411 to see if Leisure Time's number had changed. It had not. 411 said it was the same number I had dialed.

If you knew your party's extension, you could dial it in and get to them live. General inquiries, however, could only leave a message, but the preceding outgoing message stated, "We review all messages the following business day." It sounded fair enough to me.

So, here is the message I left around 4 PM Eastern time on Leisure Time's voice mail. I'm sure they don't receive a message like this every day.

"Hi. I assume this is also the number for Leisure Time Entertainment. I made a very happy and very miraculous discovery in the two most recent mailings from Direct Video. The cover model in the Latina Footage ads...  I know her. Her real first name is Daniela and I have been trying to locate her for more than two and a half years. When she left Massachusetts in 2004 to return to Rio she didn't tell any of us what she was doing.

"Please get in touch with me. This discovery is of EXTREME importance. You folks may be the only chance I ever have of reaching her.

"My name is Jeff.
"My home number is...
"My cell is...
"My email is...

"Thank you and I hope to hear from you."

Yes, I used the "M" word - miraculous. I'm using it more frequently because every day the real significance of what I discovered two weeks ago settles more into my consciousness. What are the odds that Daniela - while basically having her life confined to Rio de Janeiro - would appear in an adult video produced and distributed exclusively by the ONLY American adult video company I have been a consistent customer of for over12 years, and has kept me on their mailing list consistently over that time? Then, she was chosen over 34 other female performers to be the cover model, and STILL it took me six weeks to realize who was actually staring me in the face. What odds are we talking about here? Probably the same as a particular snowflake hitting your house during a blizzard? Each day I marvel at it more and more, and I can barely get my mind around it. I'm slowly accepting the fact that everything I do from here on is only made possible by a miracle. What else can you call it?

Well, if it is not pressing my blessings, may the miracles keep coming... or at least a return call from Leisure Time within a couple of days. Thanks as always for your interest and support.
